Need another reason to attend Bean Creek’s National Night Out on August 6? Citizens Energy Group and Big Car Collaborative will be hosting a community art station at the event, inviting YOU to help paint local artist and APLR resident Justin Cooper’s work onto sewer manhole covers which will beautify our streets and sidewalks. Big Car will work with local artists to create an original piece of art inspired by the impact of the DigIndy Tunnel System project to improve the quality of our local waterways. The Big Car team will then transpose the piece onto the manhole cover so that participants at National Night Out can paint the work, fully bringing it to life so it can be displayed in our community for years to come.
