In 2014 this mural was created in partnership with the Stadium Village Neighborhood as part of Indy Do Day. Designed by artist in residence Niina Cochran, the mural was painted in one day with the help of over 60 volunteers from City Way, The Alexander Hotel, Indy Hub and was led by the Big Car team with much help from Brian Myers of McGuire Scenic. Mile Square Coffee and Iozzo’s generously provided coffee and lunch to all the volunteers and staff, keeping them fueled to paint the large scale two sided mural. Approximately 11,000 sq feet, this mural is located on South Meridian Ave., at the gateway to downtown Indianapolis.
